PARC’s 8 Week Challenge has been designed by PARC trainers Pru, Rangi and Cassie to support people wanting to achieve their health, fitness and weight loss goals. Whether you need motivation to create inspired goals, break unhealthy habits, build discipline, find solutions to your challenges and overcome negative thought patterns, find a new gym buddy, or set an impressive new PB - our 8 Week Challenge will help you achieve results. 

What is included in the 8 Week challenge?

  • 1 x weekly small group personal training session consisting of weights, cardio and HIIT (60 minutes)
  • Resistance program to follow in the gym
  • Before and after photos
  • In-Body scans - week 1, week 5 and week 8.
  • Super sessions
  • Info night / nutrition talk
  • Daily food and exercise posts
  • Recipe sharing
  • Mini-weekly challenges and prizes

The next challange runs from May 7th - July 1st. 

Cost:

  • Upfront $204
  • Payment plan: 4 x fornightly payments of $51
