PARC’s group exercise program provides an experience like no other on the Peninsula. With three dedicated studios built to showcase over 100 group fitness classes per week, you’ll be spoilt for choice when choosing a fitness option to best suit you.

Group exercise studio 1

A world of group exercise options are here at PARC, with our main studio the home to Les Mills programs and a huge variety of freestyle options. Catering for up to 60 participants and offering the latest equipment, and a state of the art lighting show, this studio is the showcase venue for group fitness on the Peninsula.

Group exercise studio 2

Relax in our studio designed for the mind and body with a variety of relaxation, low impact and core strengthening classes. Classes will include pilates, body balance and yoga - the perfect way to relax and improve your wellbeing.

Cycle studio

Be motivated and inspired with our dedicated cycle studio housing 40 of the latest cycle bikes with computer technology, a state of the art lighting show and imagery.  The PARC cycle experience is for everyone, catering for beginners right through to die-hard cycling enthusiasts.
