POWERZONE 30 - Set No Limits On Your Body

POWERZONE 30 is a 30 minute high intensity interval training classes based on the gym floor. This functional-style team training maximises all kinds of training modalities – strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, coordination and speed – and will satisfy the widest range of needs, abilities and aspirations.

These classes of up to 16 participants will see people perform exercises from a set program for 30 minutes, utilising state-of-the-art equipment including the individual MYZONE heart-rate tracking system.  

Adding to the extensive fitness and training facilities are five new SKILLMILL's, making PARC the first gym in Victoria to have so many of these pro-performance machines available for member use. These hotted-up treadmills are a non-motorised curved treadmill based on resistance. From an all-out sled push to high speed sprinting, the new SKILLMILL™ reactive resistance allows you to unlock your body’s true athletic potential.

Sessions cater for up to 16 people and run at the following times Monday - Friday.
