POWERZONE 30 - Set No Limits On Your Body

POWERZONE 30 is a 30 minute high intensity interval training classes based on the gym floor. This functional-style team training maximises all kinds of training modalities – strength, endurance, stability, flexibility, coordination and speed – and will satisfy the widest range of needs, abilities and aspirations.

Sessions cater for up to 20 people and run at the following times:

Monday - Friday

  • 7:15am
  • 12:15pm
  • 4:15pm
  • 7:15pm


  • 9:45am

Bookings are essential and can be done at reception or members can use the Group Exercise kiosks.

Class descriptions

  • Cardio - Consistent high heart rate.
  • Speed - Short fast effort.
  • Athletic - Working laterally and unilaterally to get heart rate up.

Power Plyo - Low and high impact, body weight or weighted options
