Pool closure update: A critical malfunction within our pool infrastructure has led to the closure of our 50m pool, learn to swim pool & aquatic playground. Unfortunately this means all aquatic areas except the Wellbeing area (warm water pool, spa, sauna & steam room) will remain closed, with a goal to re-open on Friday 27 October. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience that this has caused and are doing everything in our power to rectify the issue.

How do I suspend my membership and do I have to pay anything?

A)     To suspend your membership you need to come down to reception to fill out some paperwork. You can request to suspend at anytime, however, completing the paperwork at least 2 weeks prior to the requested dates will guarantee that it is applied to your membership prior to the next direct debit.

B)      You are able to suspend your membership for up to 26 weeks per calendar year. Each suspension request must be for a minimum of 2 weeks at a time.  The first 4 weeks of suspension per calendar year is free of charge, after that the fee is 0.40c per day

C)      If you need to suspend your membership for medical reasons, please provide us with a copy of your medical certificate with a start and end date. There is no fee for a medical suspension.
